In order to streamline support and better serve you, every support Upgrade & Service PAK ordered is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track status and responses online. About your Upgrade & Service PAK: We provide up to three (3) upgrades of WordPress core, and your plugins, plus a review of your site performance via Google Analytics during a 14 month period from the time of purchase. This service applies for standard installations (not automatic installations via 3rd party hosting programs) of WordPress, and plugins. Any custom alterations you have performed on your site may not be covered -- we will review your site promptly and report back to you. WordPress MU installations, installations on Windows Servers, and any other non-standard installations are not covered. Note that any non-related service items, or service requested beyond three upgrades will be estimated and then invoiced on your approval of estimate.
